Welcome to KQ Future Leader! We are very excited that you have come to explore what we are all about and how you might best fit in.

The McLean Bible Church Future Leaders Program is a paid, year-long intensive ministry development program designed to help young leaders reach their full ministry potential. As a Kid's Quest Future Leader you will have the opportunity to build on your understanding of children's ministry and gain practical experience that will grow and challenge you to become an effective leader for Christ.

We are looking for someone with a teachable spirit; a self-starter that will be motivated and excited about what they are doing. Some one who has strong communication skills, that is most of all looking to be developed, grown and challenged in their abilities and God given talents.
