We're New!
Welcome to Kid's Quest - we're so happy to have you with us! The vision of Kid's Quest is to come alongside parents and guardians, the primary spiritual trainers, by guiding children in their lifelong quest to become fully-devoted followers of Christ.
Please find links to forms to help you get settled in our program. For help with questions or getting involved, please contact Jeana Pe, our Weekend Services Manager at 703-770-8651 or jeana.pe@mcleanbible.org.

We attend MBC as our church home!
Thanks for your commitment to our program! We want to serve you as well as we can, and there are some housekeeping items which help us to do that. Please find information below.
| Enrollment Form | After three visits, or when you determine that you'd like to make McLean your church home, we encourage you to enroll your children in Kid's Quest. You will receive a permanent set of key tags for faster check-in. You may complete your enrollment online by clicking the link to the left, or pick up a hard copy at any greeter station. |
| Small Group Request Form | In addition to strong Biblical teaching, children learn about God's character through caring relationships with their leaders and peers. The small group environment allows children to feel safe and cared for by a consistent small group leader and friends. To request a small group, you should be committed to attending the same service twice per month or more. Children who attend a different service than their permanent small group assignment are placed in an "On Deck" small group, which is a random selection of children who do not consistently meet together. You can request a small group online by clicking on the link to the left, or pick up a hard copy in your child's classroom area. If you have any questions regarding Preschool small groups, please contact Janie Cotone, Preschool Team Leader, at janie.cotone@mcleanbible.org. If you have questions regarding Elementary small groups, please contact Astrid Bedoya, Elementary Small Group Team Leader, at astrid.bedoya@mcleanbible.org. |
| Update Card | Are you enrolled and need to make a change to your existing family information or add another family member? Use an update card as a quick way to make changes to your existing enrollment. You can download and print an update card by clicking on the link to the left, or pick up a hard copy at any greeter station. |
| Do you want to share health/allergy or other special concerns which may help us serve your child better? Please scroll down to the Special Concerns section for other resources. |
| Health/Allergy/EpiPen Concerns | We know that allergies are caused by various sources such as certain foods (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, wheat, etc.), animals, insect stings or bites, medication, environmental agents, latex, etc. and that reactions range from mild to severe. We also understand that other health issues such as asthma or diabetes could be affected by aspects of our program. To help us care for your child, we ask that parents of children who have allergies read our allergy/EpiPen policy and, if applicable, complete a Detailed Health or EpiPen Administration Permission Form. |
| Children with Special Needs | We want every child who participates in Kid’s Quest to have a positive experience where they can learn and grow. If you would like to enroll a child who needs special assistance in a Kid's Quest classroom, prior to checking your child in, please download, print and complete the appropriate intake form for your child’s age group linked below. Please note that the first time you check in with your child and turn in your intake form, you will be asked to accompany your child into their classroom programming for that week only, while we complete the intake process.
