Groups for Moms of Infants and Preschoolers

Making an impact one home at a time -- Mothering Matters!

Groups for mothers of infants and preschoolers to connect weekly and grow in friendship, faith, and family life.

Mothering Matters Discipleship Groups are groups of 8-10 mothers who meet weekly to grow in friendships, faith and family life. These groups follow a curriculum rotation that includes a focused look at becoming a godly woman, wife and mother. We are also incorporating the current church emphasis into our time together.

Where do Mothering Matters Groups meet? Mothering Matters Groups meet in homes around the Metro area. Typically one of the group members volunteers to open her home and her heart to serve as the group's hostess. Children are welcome and childcare is determined by each group and its members.
What Will Mothering Matters Groups be Studying this Fall? Mothering Matters Groups will be using the XEE tool to train group members. As a companion book, our moms will be reading "Treasuring Christ When Your Hands Are Full: Gospel Meditations for Busy Moms"by Gloria Furman.
